3. Licensing & Subscriptions: SmartWorkflow is available via enterprise or per-user annual licenses. Agreements are based on yearly commitments.

4. Account Management & Termination: ASSA TECH reserves the right to revoke access for abuse. Companies may terminate inactive users at their discretion using built-in administrative tools.

5. Software Disclaimer: SmartWorkflow is provided "as-is" without guarantees. We are not responsible for service interruptions or data loss.

6. On-Prem Deployment: While SmartWorkflow is cloud-first, on-prem or hybrid deployment options are available by request.
