In SmartWorkflow a project can be a one-off or repeating group of phases and tasks. These are the components that organize the resources and activities necessary for the completion of a business process. A project must be able to adapt to changing requirements and the ability to manage change has a major impact on the success of the project. SmartWorkflow is designed to adapt to dynamically changing project requirements without disruption.
SmartWorkflow project management includes live snapshots and reporting of activities. In addition to comprehensive reporting, SmartWorkflow can identify bottlenecks in the process for timely action and remediation.
